Before an appointment is confirmed

Contact MedicalTourism to update or withdraw your inquiry. Sending an inquiry does not reserve a hospital appointment.

After arrangements are confirmed

Please provide the agreed visit details when requesting a change so we can coordinate with the hospital team. Rescheduling depends on the hospital’s current availability.

Terms for agreed services

Before agreeing to a paid service, obtain the service provider and payee’s written change, cancellation and refund terms. Confirm applicable deadlines, any charges, refund eligibility and the contact responsible for handling requests. Do not assume every service is refundable.

For services arranged directly with a hospital, hotel, airline or another provider, its applicable terms govern the service. Contact that provider about payment or refund requests. MedicalTourism can help communicate a request when coordination has been agreed, but cannot guarantee the provider’s decision.
